If you are thinking of modeling for me, you MUST be over the age of 18. No exceptions. A model release is also required to legally allow me the right to photograph you and use your image. I have worked with models between the ages of 18 and 75 with varying degrees of shapes, weights, and sizes. Glamour is not my thing. It’s better to do this because you like or are curious about my style and want to be part of my artistic process, rather than hoping I will make you beautiful. Just be natural. Just be yourself. And take this adventure with me.
Most of my models are non-professionals and most have never posed nude before. Several women who have modeled for me, recall the experience as empowering, liberating, cathartic, and often therapeutic. Some just want the chance to see themselves in an artistic atmosphere and I afford them that opportunity. Self-expression, curiosity, exploration, and discovery are some reasons I get from women who choose to model for me. Also, contact me for details on PRIVATE COMMISSIONS.
Legal Matters and Copyrights
All my models who pose nude are over the age of 18 at the time of the photo session. I do not take the first picture without verifying identification or acquiring a signed model release.
2257 Compliance Statement:
All pictures, graphics, videos or other visual media displayed on this website are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, § 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because said visual media do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C § 2256 (2)(A) or (2)(B), but are non-sexually explicit states of nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct photographed before March 19, 2009.
My images are registered with the Library of Congress. Please DO NOT violate my copyrights. No images are to be downloaded or acquired from my website or property without my knowledge or permission. In the event of image sales, images that are sold are for the sale of the PRINTS ONLY…NOT the COPYRIGHT. All rights are reserved. Purchase of an image is not a transfer of copyrights. For the protection of my models and my artistic work, violations can not be tolerated. Please enjoy my work and respect my models.
